Acceptance of Terms
Your use of Laundry Runners’ services (“the Service”) is conditioned upon your
acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors,
users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you
may not access or use the Service.

Reimbursement Guidelines
For Wash and Fold, Hang Dry, Dry Cleaning, and laundered shirts, any reimbursement
for an item or order deemed lost by Laundry Runners will be limited to and will not In the
event of damage, lost, or stolen laundry items, a claim should be made within 24 Hours
following the pickup and/or delivery time. The liability shall not exceed 3 times the item
laundry charged. (excluding taxes and additional fees). Laundry Runners’ total liability in
connection with a lost item shall not exceed the amount outlined above.
Reimbursement offers are valid for seven (7) business days from the date they are
issued. Requests for reimbursement made after this period will be reviewed on a case-
by-case basis. All decisions regarding lost items are at the sole discretion of Laundry
Runners and are final.

Exceptions to Lost Item Reimbursement:
• Socks: Reimbursed at $5 per pair in Laundry Runners credit, regardless of
brand, price, or condition.
• Non-branded Bags: Laundry Runners is not responsible for any personal
laundry bags that are not provided by Laundry Runners.
• Loose Items: Laundry Runners is not liable for any loose items, such as
watches, jewelry, cufflinks, money, wallets, or similar items, left in bags submitted for
service.
• Service Selection Errors: Laundry Runners is not liable for damage
caused by incorrect service selections (e.g., selecting wash and fold instead of dry
cleaning) or for items placed in the wrong bag (e.g., dry cleaning items in a wash and
fold bag).
• Foreign Objects: Laundry Runners is not liable for damages caused by
items such as pens, crayons, lipstick, or other objects left in the laundry.
Reporting Lost or Damaged Items:

Lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of the order’s delivery. Reports
must be made by emailing info@laundryrunners.org. Notifying a driver or third-party
contractor is insufficient.
For damaged items, digital photos must be submitted to Laundry Runners within seven
(7) days of delivery. Decisions regarding damaged items are at Laundry Runners’ sole
discretion and are final.

Damaged Items
While Laundry Runners strives to handle all items with care, every garment has a
natural lifespan and will experience wear and tear over time. Laundry Runners is not
liable for damages caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
• Shrinkage from repeated washing
• Color fading
• Small holes or tears
• Discoloration caused by hygiene or beauty products (e.g., deodorant,
perfume)
• Button damage
• Thinning of fabric
Leather and Suede Items
Leather and suede garments are made from natural materials and may have inherent
risks during the cleaning process, including but not limited to:
• Weak or thin areas that may chafe or tear
• Brittleness due to prior exposure to heat or moisture
• Fading or uneven coloring
• Stains that may not be removable

By submitting leather or suede items to Laundry Runners, you acknowledge and accept
these risks and release Laundry Runners and its partners from liability for any damage
caused by these inherent conditions.

Accounts
When creating an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-
date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and
may result in the termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities that occur under
your account. Do not share your password with third parties and notify us immediately if
you suspect any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Payment
Laundry Runners provides wash-and-fold and dry-cleaning services. Payment must be
made at the time of placing an order using a credit card or other accepted payment
methods through our platform. Receipts will be issued and sent via the website or app.
All payments for services are non-refundable. By using the Service, you authorize
Laundry Runners’ payment processor to charge your credit card (or other approved
payment method) based on the billing terms displayed on our platform.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. Any
fees associated with collection efforts, including legal fees, will be your responsibility.
Membership plans, if offered, may include recurring payments that will be automatically
deducted as agreed.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Payments must be made in U.S.
dollars, and Laundry Runners is not liable for foreign transaction fees charged by your
financial institution. Chargebacks are not permitted without prior authorization. Any
costs associated with unauthorized chargebacks will be your responsibility.
If you dispute any payment, you must notify us within 10 days. Failure to do so waives
your right to challenge the charge.
Pick-Up and Delivery Terms for Laundry Runners

At Laundry Runners, our goal is to provide efficient and reliable service to all of our
customers and partners. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the
following guidelines:
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• If you cancel a scheduled pick-up less than 45 minutes before the
designated time, or if you reschedule a delivery after the designated cut-off time for
changes (time may vary by location), a $25 cancellation fee may apply.
• In the event our drivers are unable to pick up or deliver an order because
you or your designee is unavailable, a $25 fee may also be charged.
2. Delivery Instructions and Responsibility
• For your convenience, Laundry Runners can leave orders outside your
residence, with a doorman, or at a location of your choosing, provided you give prior
consent.
• Please note that once we have picked up your items or completed
delivery, Laundry Runners is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of items
before or after delivery. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the safety of
their belongings.
3. Leaving Laundry at Designated Locations
• You have the option to leave your laundry and/or dry cleaning outside your
door, with a doorman, or at a designated location for pick-up. Similarly, you can request
that your completed order be left with a doorman or at another specified location.
• Laundry Runners is not liable for any items lost or damaged as a result of
these requests.
Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately,
without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon
termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate
your account, you may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these Terms
that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., liability limitations, indemnity, and
ownership terms) will remain in effect.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United
States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Failure to enforce any provision of
these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such rights. If any provision is found invalid
or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the
entire agreement between you and Laundry Runners, superseding any prior
agreements.

E-Mails and Text Messages
By creating an account with Laundry Runners, you agree that we may send you
informational text messages (SMS) and emails as part of the normal operation of our
services. The frequency of these messages may vary depending on your interactions
with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Laundry Runners at any time by
replying “STOP” to any text you receive. To stop receiving emails, you can send a
request to support@laundryrunners.com. If you need assistance with SMS messages,
reply “HELP. “Please note that opting out of SMS messages and emails may affect your
ability fully use our services. By continuing to use Laundry Runners, you consent to
receiving these communications unless you opt out as described above.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If changes are
significant, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect.
By continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to
be bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
